Haunts is a directory of independent places to eat, drink, shop, and explore in Margate. It keeps everything in one place — accurate opening hours, what’s on, and what’s worth your time.

Margate has a dense concentration of independent businesses, but finding out what’s actually open on a given day — or what’s showing at a gallery this week — usually means trawling through multiple Instagram feeds. Haunts does that work for you.

Every listing on Haunts is hand-picked and assessed by a local curator. Each business is tagged for what it does well — a pub with excellent food appears in both the Eat and Drink tabs. A cafe that doubles as a gallery might appear in Coffee, Eat, and Art.

The date picker at the top lets you scan forward in time — useful for planning ahead or checking what’s on over the weekend. Opening hours and events update accordingly.
